Yes. We recommend using our blends for a minimum of 90-120 days but they can be used indefinitely for maintenance and optimal health. Our founders never go a day without their favorite blends.

How does it taste?

Can my children take it?

Yes, children can take half doses of our blends, except DetoxShield & Thyroid Shield. Children under 18 must avoid these two blends.

Can I mix blends together?

We do not recommend mixing these blends together in 1 go. This is not harmful but will affect absorption. Our blends are high dose nutrition, and your body can only absorb so much at once. We recommend leaving a
min of 2 hours between blends for max absorption and effectiveness.
