I have a terribly stressful job. So much so that I cannot sleep properly at night. I have been drinking StressShield for just over a week.     • Yes, children can take half doses of our blends, except DetoxShield & Thyroid Shield. Children under 18 must avoid these 2 blends.

    • We do not recommend mixing these blends together in 1 go. This is not harmful but will affect absorption. Our blends are high dose nutrition, and your body can only absorb so much at once. We recommend leaving a min of 2 hours between blends for max absorption and effectiveness.
