My 5 year old loves it. We have found it really helps her gut which she has had issues with in the past but nothing since taking this. The only thing is that I would like it to be more soluble, she always complains about the white "stuff" at the bottom no mater how much we mix it. I know it is only there if she let's it stand for a bit.
